Overall: 1st $250. 2nd $150. Best Under 2000 - $138.
Best Under 1800 - $137. Best Under 1600 - $136. Best Under 1400 - $135. Best Under 1200 and Unrated - $134.
All lower-rated players are eligible to win higher class prizes
ENTRY FEE:
$45 for MI members, $50 for non-members. Late fee of $5 for entries received after August 15th. Make checks payable to the Mechanics’ Institute.

ROUNDS:
Saturday, August 19th: 10 am, 12:30 pm, 2:45 pm, 5 pm. Sunday, August 20th: 10 am, 2:00 pm.
TIME CONTROL:
Saturday, August 19th: Rounds 1 - 4: G/1 Sunday, August 20th: Rounds 5 and 6: 30/90 followed by SD/30
All bye requests must be made before the start of Round Two.
If your cell phone goes off in the tournament room: First violation - 10 minutes off the clock (or half the remaining time if less than 10 minutes). Second violation - game forfeit.
All time delay must be from move one.
