What happens when we get stuck? When we have no original ideas and everything we write –if we are writing at all—is awful and boring? How do we keep going during those long days when family issues, financial stresses, fatigue, and career concerns, and other tough distractions peck away at our focus and time? You change your focus—process over outcome-- adapt a growth mindset, and seek out the small wins. Polly Campbell, author of You Recharged will explain these and other practical and science-based strategies that can help writers keep writing, no matter the ups and downs we face in life.
Polly Campbell, is the author of You, Recharged: How to Beat Fatigue (Mostly), Amp Up Your Energy (Usually), and Enjoy Life Again (Always) and other books. She is also the host of the podcast Polly Campbell, Simply Said: How to Live Well, Do Good, Be Happy.
