Join freelance correspondent turned author Brigitte Schulze Piliboisan for a rousing discussion of the adventures of a journalist in Eastern Europe and starting a publishing house. Brigitte is the author of Sasha Pour One More, a memoir of her 25 years in the Ukraine, and several European travel guides. She will present her latest book, read some passages, and provide anecdotes of her own experiences that may help you with your writing projects.
Brigitte Schulze Pilibosian founded her own publishing house in 2005 with the first guidebook about the city of Odessa in Ukraine. Other books soon followed that focused on travelling and understanding people. In a miraculous way she came to the U.S. and together with her husband two years ago she founded a second publishing house in order to promote her latest book in English, Sasha, pour one more! With love and vodka through 25 years in Ukraine.
