Infamous centers on the relationship between the flamboyant, celebrity-obsessed Capote and murderer Perry Smith, which soon deepens into smore than the usual give and take between writer and subject. Daniel Craig plays Smith with a dangerous intelligence that not only renders their friendship believable, but convincingly argues the that In Cold Blood was a book that both made and destroyed Capote as a writer.
