Survivention – Strategies for Survival to Century 22

Each organisation must individually and proactively address its own survival, towards the 22nd century, in a rapidly changing world of work practices and technology.

Even with digitisation, there will still be historic collections of books and artifacts requiring conservation, housed in aging buildings. Both will need significant financing.

Organisations will also need to refocus, catering for a new demography of lifestyle, long retirement and probable world travel and global networking.

Finally the future requires youth involvement, luring them from their computer screens, and engaging them by way of social media to become involved in creative and challenging ways in our organisations.
