David Gallagher is a founder of the Western Neighborhoods Project, creator, designer and developer of outsidelands.org. Both his parents were born in San Francisco. He grew up looking at old pictures from a box in the closet and has never gotten tired of it. David consults, advises, and contributes to many San Francisco community history organizations and is WNP's primary liaison to the San Francisco history community. David's primary focus is working with the large Courtesy of a Private Collector image collection. He is the producer of a popular internet video series called "David's Pointless Minute". He lives in an eastern neighborhood, but has a view towards the west.
