Includes
some 13 million US companies & 120 million US households.
Information sources include more than 5,600 Yellow Page and
Business White Page telephone directories; annual reports, 10-Ks
and other SEC information, plus federal, state, and municipal
government data.
Residential information is compiled from more than 3,900 White
Page telephone directories. Each listing appears in the database
exactly as it appears in the phone book. Unlisted phone numbers
are not inlcluded.

services are licensed Library database subscriptions. Access
is available only to current Institute members. For
remote access, member is prompted to type name and 14-digit
barcode number to authenticates Mechanics' Institute paid-up
membership.
Attention AOL (America Online) users:
The AOL browser is not functional for remote access. AOL users
should download and install either
Netscape Navigator or Internet
Explorer. We recommend Internet Explorer instead
of Netscape for superior remote access functionality.
Attention MAC users:
MAC users should download a full version of the Netscape
browser in order to access databases remotely. The
MAC version of Internet Explorer doesn't support remote access.
